Cozy rooms for individuals or couples.

This room category cannot accommodate an extra bed.

Superior Rooms

A bit more space for individuals or couples. For those who enjoy more time in their rooms, each Superior room includes a comfy reading chair. 

This room category cannot accommodate an extra bed.

Premium Rooms

Very spacious rooms with large lounging areas. Each Premium room is at least twice the size of a classic room. Some of the Premium rooms contain separate living and sleeping spaces. All rooms have slightly different configurations.

Only this room category can accommodate an extra bed. For more than 1 extra bed, only by request and availability. Please contact us directly.

COMPLIMENTARY ONSITE PARKING (no reservation required). We have an on-site garage. We will even help you park your car. If the garage is full, we double park cars, and ask you to leave your car key at the front desk.

SUPER REASONABLE CLOTHES WASHING. We offer a Fluff & Fold service for our guests. Prices are 9.00€ per load.

Breakfast

Sharing a meal is a great way to get to know someone. Perhaps the single best service we offer is our exceptional all-inclusive breakfast. It’s the one time when nearly every guest gathers each morning to enjoy a common experience. We feature fresh, organic, and locally-grown products in abundant supply. Our menu rotates seasonally—but our delicious pancakes and eggs made to order are forever!

We serve breakfast every day from 8:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. including varieties of organic coffees, teas, and fresh squeezed juices. If you would like breakfast before 8 or after 10:30, just tell us the night before. We can also serve you breakfast in your room if you’d like. You can show up any time you want for a cup of organic coffee.

 

Breakfast in Portuguese is pequeno-almoço, which literally translates to “small lunch.” Enjoy yours indoors or outside in our courtyard.

Tapas, light lunches and dinner

We have sampled many of the wines from the Alentejo and have picked our favorites. Consider an aperitif of white port and tonic or a digestif of an aged port or Portuguese aguardente. Or try one of our signature cocktails—we make a more than decent gin and tonic and, given our Brazilian roots, we make a great caipirinha. We will always try to make your favorite drink – even if you have to teach us how!

PRICING PHILOSOPHY

The price you often pay at a hotel is a function of how busy the hotel is on the day you plan to stay. Many hotels create rates that are artificially high and use discount pricing as a means to attract guests. Guests may pay up to 5 different rates for the same room category on any one night. Last minute bookers either get the best deal or the absolutely worst deal.

That strategy doesn’t make sense to us. We have intentionally set room rates at what we think is fair for the value you receive. We do not inflate rates ever and we don’t discount either. We have high season rates and low season rates. That’s it.

Because we set the rates on all 3rd party websites, you will never find lower rates than on our website. Since we are not paying a 15% - 20% commission when you book direct, we have more available to invest in your stay.

Early check ins
We do our best to get you into your room fast. As soon as your room is available, we will check you in.
If you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, we will hold your bags at reception and check you in as soon as your room is available.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to arrival day at noon. Cancellations made after that will be charged for the first night. No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay.

We also have non-refundable rates on certain dates. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, then you will not be refunded in case of any cancellation or modification. Please check the cancellation policy when you are booking.

Reservations made for 6 rooms or more are considered a group reservation and our group policy applies. (see below)
